Service 01 — Automation & Robotics

Control, monitor,
automate production.

Complete design and integration of complex automated systems and cutting-edge robotic solutions to optimize your production cycles — from Schneider or Siemens PLCs to collaborative cobots, via SCADA supervision and real-time industrial networks.

Why Choose Us

Automation is more than just a PLC.

01

Vendor-Neutral Expertise

We program and maintain Schneider Electric and Siemens, as well as Rockwell and Beckhoff. No lock-in to a single brand: we select the solution best suited to your installed base and your teams' skills.

02

From Shop Floor to Supervisor

From the sensor to the SCADA, we master the entire chain: PLC programming, HMI, industrial networks, and data feeds into your MES or ERP. A coherent, documented, and scalable architecture.

03

Safety & CE Compliance

Every installation is designed to be safe by design: risk assessment, safety circuits (emergency stop, guards, PLd/PLe performance levels), technical file, and CE marking. Productivity never comes at the expense of operators.

Our Automation & Robotics Solutions

Six areas of expertise, one unified line.

PLC Development & Integration

Programming of Schneider Electric (Modicon M340/M580, EcoStruxure) and Siemens (S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal) PLCs. Functional analysis, development, commissioning, and complete documentation.

Advanced Robotic Integration

Industrial arms, collaborative cobots, and complete cells: palletizing, assembly, welding, pick-and-place. Feasibility study, gripping, collaborative safety, and programming by teach-in.

Industrial IT & SCADA

Real-time supervision, data historization, alarm management, and dashboards. Industrial networks — Profinet, Modbus TCP, OPC-UA, EtherCAT. Secure gateways to your MES and ERP systems.

Variable Speed Drives

Variable frequency drives and soft starters on pumps, fans, and conveyors. 20 to 50% energy savings, smooth starts, and reduced mechanical wear. Configuration and commissioning included.

Retrofit & Modernization

Replacement of end-of-support PLCs and HMIs, migration of obsolete programs, wiring upgrades. We keep the sound mechanical part and give your installations another decade of life, at a controlled cost.

Machine Safety & CE Compliance

Risk assessment, certified safety circuits (emergency stop, guards, PLd/PLe levels per EN ISO 13849), technical file, and CE marking. Compliance upgrades for existing equipment included.

Our Guiding Principle: we do not automate for the sake of it. We start from your real bottleneck — throughput, ergonomics, non-quality, energy — and size the solution to the challenge. Technology serves production, never the other way around.

Target Applications

Five sectors, five automated lines.

Food & Beverage

Packaging lines, dosing, robotic palletizing. Batch-by-batch traceability, automated cleaning (CIP), hygiene compliance, and real-time throughput supervision.

Pharma & Cosmetics

Sensitive processes, precision filling, serialization, and regulatory traceability. Redundant PLCs, certified historization, and MES integration for audit readiness.

Logistics & Intralogistics

Conveyors, sorters, AGVs, and palletizing cells. Synchronization with the WMS, flow regulation, and downtime supervision to sustain shipping throughput.

Energy

Conversion stations, variable speed drives on rotating machinery, production automation management, and remote multi-site supervision via OPC-UA.

Water Treatment

Pumping and treatment stations, level and flow regulation, remote management, and alarms. Major energy savings thanks to variable speed drives on pumps.

Field Operations

From the control cabinet to the robotic cell.

Frequently Asked Questions — Automation & Robotics

Technical insights on automated production.

Schneider Electric or Siemens — which PLC should I choose?
Both ranges are excellent. Schneider Electric (Modicon M340/M580, EcoStruxure) leads in France and the food industry; Siemens (S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal) dominates exported lines and precision mechatronics. The real criterion is your existing installed base and the skills of your maintenance teams. We program and maintain both, with no lock-in to a single brand.
What is a SCADA and what is it for?
A SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) is the supervision station that collects real-time data from PLCs, displays line status, logs alarms, and drives production. It gives operators a synoptic view of the site and enables downtime analysis, traceability, and decision support. We deploy Wonderware/AVEVA, WinCC, PcVue, and Ignition.
Can a line be modernized without replacing everything?
Yes — that is the whole point of a retrofit. We keep the sound mechanical part and replace only the obsolete control hardware: end-of-support PLC, drives, HMI, wiring. You recover a high-performing, fully documented machine for a fraction of the cost of new equipment, with controlled production downtime.
Are variable speed drives worth the investment?
On pumps and fans, a variable frequency drive typically cuts energy consumption by 20 to 50% by matching speed to actual demand instead of running at full power with mechanical throttling. Payback is often between 1 and 3 years, and mechanical wear drops sharply thanks to soft starts.
What is an industrial network like Profinet or OPC-UA?
These are the buses that let PLCs, drives, sensors, and supervision communicate. Profinet and EtherCAT handle real-time control on the shop floor, Modbus TCP links third-party equipment, and OPC-UA feeds data up to supervision and enterprise IT (MES/ERP) in a secure, standardized way. A clean network architecture is the foundation of a reliable, cyber-secure site.
Do you provide maintenance after commissioning?
Yes. We provide maintenance and support for the installations we integrate, including remote diagnostics, on-call service, and program backups. This is also at the heart of our Operational Readiness (MCO) offering, which covers 24/7 availability of your critical equipment.
